Our stunning grass fed, dry-aged trimmed rib of beef (2 ribs) on the bone is perfect for a special occasion and offers a really distinct, intense flavour.

From our little herd of Dexter's, all our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days. This ensures all that our wonderful Dexter beef is tasty and succulent and packed full of all those healthy amino acids, and those all important vitamins.

Butchered with two ribs our joints are roughly 1kg and above, which will easily feed a family of four and more.
