Our Pork Roasting Joints are from our slowly matured, home reared pigs. Our free range pigs are grown outdoors, slowly and fed a totally natural diet that is produced in harmony with nature. One of the joys of slowly reared pork is there is plenty of unctuous fat, that is so delicious when slowly rendered down during a long slow cook.

The perfect cut for creating 'pulled pork', we recommend choosing a larger size piece as leftovers dolloped with sharp apple sauce create the most delicious treat after the main event.
