This cut of beef is full of character  and real old fashion beefy flavour. The brisket has a wonderful amount of rich buttery fat, that is ideal for slow cooking and smoking this allows all the fat to gently render and produce some real tasty dishes, pulled beef, beef burritos, Sunday roast and even smoked plus so much more.

Our joints are cut in to 1kg joints which is perfect for a family of four.
