Unsmoked Collar Bacon

Unlike Back Bacon, Collar Bacon is much darker, more flavoursome and cured for up to 21 days.

Taken from the shoulder joint of our Outdoor Reared Pork, Collar Bacon is well marbled with fat, which melts into the meat during cooking.

It is increasing becoming a very popular and some say it is far tastier than your traditional back bacon.

Our pack sizes are 8 rashers and can be pre order today for home delivery on or around the 6th September.
