A whole free range goose is such a decadent, indulgent Christmas feast, surrounded by deliciously crunchy roast potatoes roasted in goose fat.

Each one of our free range geese have been plucked by hand and hung for a minimum of 12 days to ensure the intense flavour and amazing texture.

We are such small scale farmers that we have just 3 birds to order. We strongly recommend pre ordering as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Each bird has been reared here on the farm in Holmesfield roaming grassy fields and supplemented with corn grown which we grow right here on the farm.

Due to the natural rearing of the birds weights are not precise. The weights will approximately be 5 - 6kg in weight.

The goose will be delivered fresh and to your home on or around the 16th December.
