Our hand made sausage meat is made from our best selling pork sausages and is perfect for either a classic scotch egg, stuffing or sausage rolls this Festive Season. 

All of outdoor reared sausage meat comes from our Gloucester Old Spot Pigs who live their lives out on the fields and grown slowly to mature. Being left to mature our pork will produce essential extra fat, which produces really succulent, flavoursome meat.
