Hogget comes from slightly older sheep, which gives it a deeper, richer flavour — but it’s still tender and just as easy to cook as lamb.

All of our hogget is 100% grass fed and grass finished, raised here on our family farm in Derbyshire from our Ryeland sheep. Slow grown on pasture, it produces beautifully flavoured meat that’s perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions.
