Gourmet Sausages

The Sausage has to be one of those foods that is a staple meal within in every family, it is in ours!

We just cant get enough of them.

In all of our sausages we use pork from our outdoor reared, native bred pigs, and grass fed sheep, which are allowed to naturally mature. 

We believe that our pigs & sheep produce extra, essential fat, which makes our meat really succulent and flavoursome and it shines through in our sausages.
