Our lean, prime Dexter beef mince has been ground coarsely to hold flavour and to give your cooking extra body.

As with all of our beef it comes from our small herd of Dexter cattle who enjoy roaming the fields of Unthank until maturity. This gives our beef extra flavour and marbling and high levels of omega 3 and those all important antioxidants.
