All meat comes from our grass-fed Dexter cattle or outdoor-reared pigs, raised on our family farm in Derbyshire and prepared by our trusted local abattoir.

Storage & delivery

This product is suitable for home freezing. Items may arrive partially thawed but chilled and are safe to refreeze.
