Our ethos is to produce happy pork from happy pigs.

All of our pigs live happily outdoors, routing around our fields in Holmesfield Derbyshire.

Pigs which reared outdoors, allows them to mature at a natural pace and we believe this makes all of the difference to the taste and texture of our pork.

We produce pork from native breed pigs such as the Gloucester Old Spot, this again just enhances the most succulent pork.

Pork from outdoor reared pigs has so much more nutritional value than any other pork. Vitamin D for example, studies have proven that sun exposure does increase the vitamin D quality of pork.

The nutritional value as a whole as with any outdoor reared meat is so much better for your health. it has less saturated fats, twice the amount of vitamin E and up to three times the amount of vitamin D. This all contributes to a healthy heart, skin, eye sight and so many antibodies its mad!

Our large pork box caters for all with some lovely cuts of meat that can be enjoyed by all of the family.

All of our meat is butchered and packaged into manageable, freeze able sizes.

Our joints are all boned and rolled and will roughly weigh between 1 - 1.5kg in weight, perfect for a growing family.
