Our wonderful grass finished Hogget is so rich in flavour that we actually prefer this over Spring Lamb.
Hogget has been roaming on wild meadows and left to mature until 18 months of age. This adds unbelievable flavour, texture and tenderness to the meat.
Hogget can be cooked/roasted in the same way as you would lamb.
