Shepherds Pie Recipe

I am not going to have any complaints about tea tonight!

Shepherds Pie, everyone's favourite and I made double so I can freeze it for another night.

Its so easy to make, here's what I used -

Lamb Mince 1kg
Onions sliced x 2
Garlic (1 clove minced)
Carrot sliced x 3
Tomato Puree x 2 (tablespoons)
Worchester Sauce (a good glug!)
Beef Stock cube with 500ml of water
Mint Sauce (tablespoon)
Handful of peas just before the mash was loaded on
Mash Potato to cover.

I cooked the onions & garlic in a little butter and then added everything else to brown. Boiled some of our spuds, once mashed loaded it all on to the mince added a little cheese and popped in the oven for 20 mins.

That's it! Super easy and with hardly any ingredients and there is loads left for freezing or maybe having it for tea tomorrow night.
